Open up to differences

Differences are part of life, but with the multiplication and the acceleration of exchanges and the way we perceive them today, far from bringing us together, they distance us and isolate us from each other; Opening up to differences is a key issue in our societies. How to open up to differences without losing one's specificity, identity or values? How indeed can we articulate between individual interests with collective interests? How to value the unique contributions and to welcome all the diversities of the world without creating chaos?
